About this piece
A fine black-and-white engraving for Alcest's Kodama (2016), the album named after the Japanese word for a tree spirit or echo. A robed figure stands under a crown of flowers, faces and a great skull, with rays fanning out behind, framed between letter-spaced ALCEST and KODAMA. Detailed, mystical and made to be looked at closely.
